An elegant cultivar, boasting an abundance of pale lilac-pink flowers throughout autumn. At a time when most other hardy perennials are beginning to fade, Aster novi-belgii 'Chatterbox' erupts into bloom, bringing a splash of colour to borders which will last well into October. This charming Michaelmas Daisy has a neat bushy habit, making it equally well suited to patio containers. Height and spread: 40cm (16”).

How to Grow

Plant Michaelmas Daisy plants into fertile, moist, well drained soil, and situate them in full sun or semi shade. Add plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost to the soil prior to planting.

Feed and water frequently throughout the summer to ensure an endless supply of flowers. Deadhead faded aster flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced.
