We are looking for driven individuals to join our fast-paced Customer Contact Centre. Our number one focus is offering fantastic service and as such we're looking for high calibre individuals to join our busy Contact Centre as Customer Service Agents.
Thompson & Morgan offers excellent promotion prospects and some of the most senior people in our business started work in our contact centre.
We are a non-sales environment Contact Centre and deal only with inbound contact. Our Customer Service Agents are responsible for every aspect of our customers' experience, from the initial processing of orders right through to handling enquiries.

Our Customer Service agents are responsible for every aspect of our customers' experience, from the initial processing of orders right through to handling enquiries. We receive contact through a range of channels such as telephone, post, email and social media.
Successful candidates will need to be motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral and will be able to work under their own initiative. Previous experience in customer service would be a distinct advantage but not essential. If you're a keen gardener, even better!
We currently have full time hours available across various shifts, which will include an element of weekend working. Positions are temporary until 30th June 2020 and are reviewed with a view of potential permanent employment.

Rates of pay are below with plenty of opportunity to increase with experience.
