Over the last few years weve grown to include plants, bulbs, fruit and garden furniture in fact everything you could want to create a stunning garden for your home. In addition to our mail order and garden centre presence, we sell directly to growers and offer a bespoke ordering service for bulbs, seeds and plants. Were looking for someone to join us as a B2B Administration Assistant.
Joining a small but busy team where you will be involved in all aspects of administration within retail, wholesale and promotional seed sales. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can do attitude with a desire to learn. You will be capable of multitasking in a busy office environment. Its a varied role which involves high levels of communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

We generate over 2 million orders per year marketing our products via our website, catalogues, magazines, newspapers, Amazon, EBay and home shopping TV channels.
Our number one focus is offering fantastic service and as such were looking for high calibre individuals to join our busy Contact Centre as Customer Service Agents.
We are a non-sales environment Contact Centre and deal with inbound calls only. Our Customer Service agents are responsible for every aspect of our customers experience, from the initial processing of orders right through to handling enquiries. We receive contact through a range of channels such as telephone, post, email and social media.
Successful candidates will need to be motivated, have excellent communication skills and understand what it means to deliver good service. Previous experience working within customer service will be an advantage but is not essential. If you're a keen gardener, even better!
We are currently recruiting for various hours and shifts, including part time hours, all shift patterns will include an element of weekend working and/or late shifts.
