‘Moonstone’ is a new, eye-catching variety. The large flowers come in a cool palette of blue and white shades with golden yellow centres. Each petal is marked with unique striped veining which really sets them apart from other primulas. These Garden Ready primulas can go straight into hanging baskets, troughs, containers and beds where they will light up the winter garden over a long period, providing cheering colour through the dark months from October to February. Height and spread: 20cm (8").

How to Grow

Plant out in a position in full sun or semi shade on any fertile, moist, well drained soil.

During the winter, avoid over-watering container grown plants as this may cause the plants to rot in cold conditions. Deadhead faded primrose flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced. Divide over-crowded clumps of primroses from late autumn to early spring.
