Description

Bursting with jewel-like pink blooms from late spring into autumn, Potentilla fruticosa ‘Bella Rosa’ is a compact, hardy shrub that packs months of colour into borders, patios and smaller gardens. Its rounded habit is smothered in charming single flowers in rich rosy-pink shades, each centred with golden stamens that draw in bees and butterflies, while neat green foliage keeps the plant looking fresh all season. Exceptionally easy-going and drought tolerant, this shrubby cinquefoil copes readily with challenges such as coastal exposure, dry banks and poor, thin soils. Perfect for cottage gardens, contemporary spaces or containers, it delivers reliable performance with minimal fuss, combining vivid colour, pollinator appeal and tidy structure for months of dependable garden interest. Ultimate height and spread: 60cm (24in).
