Jam Making Kit

The base is just 3.5cm so it fits a huge range of jars. Thermometer The cooks thermometer is made of stainless steel, it is also suitable for confectionery and frying as well as jam making. The thermometer range of this thermometer is 40 to 200 °C in 2 °C divisions. It has a handy clip on the back so you can attach it to the pan reducing the risk of it falling in the pan.
