Description
Rose of Sharon is a well-known shrub up and down the UK, thanks to its low-growing, ground covering habit, needing virtually no maintenance. Once established, Hypericum calycinum will grow almost anywhere from fertile, moist soil to poor, dry conditions, plants will even thrive in deep shade! The large, daffodil-yellow flowers of Rose of Sharon carry a central powder-puff of anthers from summer to autumn. Hypericum is a versatile shrub, which makes excellent spreading, landscape-style ground cover for borders and woodland areas. Plants can also be trimmed into an attractive low hedge. Height: 60cm (24"). Spread: 150cm (59").

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
