Description
Heucherella 'Solar Power' is a hybrid between Heuchera and Tiarella. A perennial evergreen forming a neat mound of yellowish, lime green leaves mottled with dark red markings which deepen in colour during winter. Upright sprays of small, bell-shaped, white flowers appear from late spring to summer, flowering over a long period. Heucherella make superb ground cover plants, thriving in shaded borders. Can also be grown in a basket or container where its foliage will cascade gently over the edges. as Height: 35cm (14"). Spread: 40cm (16").

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.

1 x 3 litre potted heuchera plant (KA3158)

How to Grow
Heucherella plants dislike soils which are particularly dry or have a tendency to water-logging. Plant them in moist, fertile, well drained soil, adding plenty of compost or well rotted manure to amend heavy clay or sandy soils. Choose a position in full sun or semi shade.
More Info
Feed and water Heucherella plants regularly until they are fully established. Apply a mulch of well rotted manure around the crown of each plant each spring. Lift and divide clumps of Heucherella every 3 years in autumn to maintain vigorous, healthy growth.
