Clethra alnifolia 'Ruby Spice' has a bushy habit without becoming overly large, making it ideal for a shrub border or woodland garden. This Sweet Pepperbush is shade tolerant and very easy to maintain too, which makes it perfect for any awkward spot in your garden. Height: 150cm (59"). Spread 150cm (59").

How to Grow

Plant Japanese Cedar into any moist, but well-drained soil acid soil. Choose a sheltered position in partial or dappled shade.

Clethra are easy maintenance plants, which only require minimal pruning. Simply prune out any dead, diseased or damaged growth.
