A naturally dwarf perennial Phlox with a delightfully neat and bushy habit. This compact cultivar forms a tidy mound of mid-green foliage, topped with large clusters of pristine white blooms throughout summer. Like all of its kind, Phlox paniculata 'White Flame' is richly fragrant, attracting butterflies and pollinating insects. This resilient cultivar is easy to grow and shows good resistance to powdery mildew. Height and spread: 45cm (18").

How to Grow

Grow phlox plants in any fertile, moist, well drained soil in full sun or semi-shade. Incorporate plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost into the soil prior to planting.

Feed and water regularly, particularly during dry periods, until young phlox plants are fully established. After flowering, lightly shear the stems to encourage lots of fresh new growth.
