Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes etc are delivered at the appropriate time for planting and will be stated on the product page or in your order acknowledgement page and email.
Orders for packets of seed incur a delivery charge of £1.95.
Orders which include any other products will incur a delivery charge of £4.95.
Where an order includes both packets of seeds and other products, a maximum delivery charge of £6.90 will apply - regardless of the number of items ordered.
Large items may incur a higher delivery charge - this will be displayed in your shopping basket.

For your complete peace of mind, our Home and Garden products may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. Items must be returned unused, at your cost and in mint condition. All items carry a manufacturer's 12 month defects warranty.
I received my order of these Penstemons in May and have been disappointed. I planted them in three different groups expecting to have a variety of colour in each. While the colour is nice every single plant has produced exactly the same reddish colour and far from being 18" tall they are barely a foot tall. I wonder what the description 'Mixed' refers to.

Penstemon plugs 2014-10-22
I agree with Pauline, these do not travel well. I ordered 48 plugs on the 25th Sept and they arrived a week later. They did not look very healthy when they arrived but I potted them up anyway, a week later most of the plants have died.

begonia plugs 2014-09-24
My begonias have been brilliant, a mass of yellow, apricot and orange blooms. I'm hoping to be able to keep some corms over winter. i would agree with the reviews about condition on arrival though. There were a few dead and damaged plugs on arrival which I was going to complain about but never got round to it. In my opinion T&M could put in a small percentage of extra plugs to cover the potential loss in transit. Cheaper than losing customers.

wedding bells 2014-06-15
i also found these new size plugs don't travel good. On the first batch 5 were dead the rest looked sorry I did let Thompson and Morgan know they were very good I received a new batch again, they did not travel good But the good news is I took great care in them and now My garden looks beautiful the plants are coming along nice and strong. Please don't give up on them

Condition of plants on arrival 2014-02-05
I ordered 12 plug plants for £9.99, and they arrived in an appalling state. The plants were not strong enough to cope with the rigors of the postal system. The packaging is inadequate; being shaken around in transit causes the plugs to be loosened from the holders. Most arrived loose in the packaging. Out of 12 plants I managed to get five to grow. I complained to T&M and they did send a replacement, but these arrived in a worse condition than the first lot. One plant was very clearly dead, and about four had the growing shoot broken off. I asked for my money back and it was duly refunded.
