The deep blue flowers of traditional Grape Hyacinths are a familiar sight in Spring, but Muscari ‘Pink Sunrise’ really breaks the mould! The conical flower heads are the softest shade of pale pink, opening from delicate white buds. This captivating new variety makes an unforgettable display in borders, rockeries and containers where it will gradually spread to form a colony over time. This beautiful pink-flowered Muscari is perfect for edging paths and makes a lovely cut flower for spring posies. Height: 20cm (8"). Spread: 20cm (8").

How to Grow
For the best effect, plant muscari bulbs in large groups. Grape hyacinth plants prefer a sunny or semi-shaded position in moist, well drained, fertile soil that is rich in organic matter. Add plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost to the soil prior to planting to improve less than ideal soils. Plant bulbs at a depth of 10cm (4") and a distance of 5cm (2") apart.

Allow the foliage of Muscari plants to die back naturally as this will help to feed the bulbs for the following year. Overcrowded clumps can be lifted and divided in summer while the bulbs are dormant.
