Description
Hebe come in all shapes and sizes! This one is low growing with a dense, spreading habit. Small, fleshy, silver leaves cover the stems all year round, accompanied by short white flower spikes in May and June, which are loved by bees and butterflies. Hebe pinguifolia 'Pagei' is a useful groundcover plant, particularly for coastal or city gardens, given its tolerance for polluted and salt laden air. This dwarf evergreen shrub is ideal for planting at the front of borders or creeping through rockeries, and associates beautifully with other silver-leaved plants. Height: 35cm (14"). Spread: 90cm (36").

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.

How to Grow
Grow Hebe plants in moist, well drained, light sandy soil. Avoid planting Hebes on acid soils. Choose a position in full sun or semi shade and sheltered from strong winds.
More Info
Water well after planting. Once established Hebe plants require little maintenance other than an occasional trim after flowering to maintain the shape of the plant.
