Description

With maturity, it occasionally produces early summer flowers which are followed by greenish-pink fruits. This fearless shrub is tolerant of sun, partial shade, coastal conditions, and exposed windy locations. Euonymus japonicus 'Ovatus Aureus' is a tough ‘all rounder’ that well deserves its RHS Award of Garden Merit. Height: 100cm (39"). Spread: 150cm (59").

How to Grow
Euonymus plants are versatile, thriving in any soil from light and sandy to heavy clay provided that it is moist and well drained. Euonymus will grow happily in sun or semi shade; however variegation will be improved when grown in a sunny position.

Water well until fully established. Once established, Euonymus plants require little maintenance, except for occasional summer pruning after flowering to maintain the shape of the plant and keep it within its allotted space
