Description
From May to July, the semi-double, bright pink flowers of Erigeron seciosus 'Pink Jewel' are a cheerful sight in the garden. These tough little daisies are reliable and undemanding, but give an outstanding performance year after year, even in tricky coastal locations where they positively thrive. The early early summer blooms are loved by pollinating insects and make delightful cut flowers too. Perfect for filling gaps at the front of perennial borders, or dotting throughout rockeries. Height: 60cm (24"). Spread: 45cm (18").

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.

1 x 1 litre potted erigeron plant (64110)
1 x 9cm potted erigeron plant (KB6562)

How to Grow
Grow erigeron plants in a sunny position on fertile, light, well drained soil. Erigeron plants particularly dislike wet soils in winter. On heavy soils improve drainage by adding some grit and plenty of well rotted compost to the soil prior to planting.
More Info
Feed and water regularly throughout the growing season until plants are fully established. Erigeron flowers may need staking with garden canes, to support their stems. Deadhead faded flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced. In autumn, cut erigeron plants back ground level to maintain a compact plant. Lift and divide overcrowded plants in spring.
