Description

This new variety has been bred for shorter internodes, giving it a naturally bushy, dwarf habit. The blooms of Cosmos 'Apollo' are particularly large, and borne freely above a haze of delicate foliage. This bright colour mix mingles beautifully in beds and borders, bringing that nostalgic cottage garden feel to the summer planting schemes. Flowering over a long period, these reliable annuals will give you plenty of blooms for summer bouquets or a pretty vase indoors. Height: 50cm (20”). Spread: 40cm (16”).

1 x 2 litre potted comos plant (KB9874)

How to Grow
When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise cosmos plants to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days before planting out in beds, borders and containers. Choose a position in full sun on any moist, well drained soil.
More Info
When growing Cosmos plants, water regularly until they are fully established. Deadhead faded Cosmos flowers regularly to encourage more blooms to be produced throughout the summer.
