Begonia 'Non Stop Berries & Cream' creates a lavish display in sun or shade, whatever the weather. The gently cascading stems make this a great choice for spilling from window boxes, baskets and containers in an elegant, colour themed display. Height and spread: 30cm (12").

Tubers are ideal for containers and baskets, making a larger plant in the first year than plug plants or growing from seed. From February, start tuberous begonias off in well-drained, moist compost in a warm, frost-free position in bright light. When planting begonia tubers, position them just below the compost surface with the indented side facing upwards. In hanging baskets the tubers can be planted at a 45 degree angle with their roots toward the centre, to encourage plants to cascade over the sides of the basket. When begonia plants are well grown and all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days, before planting them in their final positions. Choose a sunny or semi shaded position that is protected from strong winds.
More Info Feed and water Begonia plants frequently throughout the growing season taking care not to over-water, as this will cause new begonia flower buds to drop. Deadhead faded begonia flowers regularly to extend the flowering period and encourage more blooms to be produced.
