Provide a minimum winter temperature of 7C (45F) and reduce watering over the winter. Plants require minimal pruning, simply removed old flower heads, although plants can be cut back to base during spring to rejuvenate every few years.Caution: toxic if eaten.
When large enough to handle, transplant seedlings into 7.5cm (3in) pots or trays. Plant out once plants are well grown, 1.5m (5ft) apart or transplant into 25cm (10in) containers. For best results, provide a moist, well-drained soil in full sun. Do not feed plants, but water well.

These are so easy to grow 2011-11-21
For a real impact in the garden these are a must. They germinate very easily and mine bloomed in the first year.Sitting in the garden on a summer's evening is a real pleasure for the scent is quite something!. I have pruned some hard to form medium size bushes and let some grow full height and then grouped together ...a real spectacle when in bloom. They produce plants from cuttings quite easily. For overwintering in the greenhouse/consevatory prune back hard to save on space and water sparingley. Then next year they will bloom all over again.
