Drainage 2017-01-16

Does my new planter need drainage holes drilling into base, it doesn't say anything about it in assembly instructions.

T&M replied on 2017-01-16: Thank you for your review. The pot itself will not require you to drill drainage holes in to it as it will have them made already.

falls over 2016-10-26

Tried the tower pot for geranium and long lasting sweet peas but as the plant growth increased, the pot then toppled so guess not as good as manufacturer stated. Eventually leaned pots against wall and added additional bamboo sticks for extra support to the plants. Also the bottom tier stack kept lifting out of holes so again not a robust apparatus.

Not so good! 2015-05-03

I am in full agreement with the previous review. We had to attach the tower with cable ties and connect it to a post! The draw back is that once connected you can't get to the inside of the tower to remove dead leaves etc. Altogether a pain in the neck!!!!

ultimately disappointing 2014-04-09

This is a nice addition to the garden. It is attractive and rustic looking. Initially I was delighted with it as it looked good and it was perfect for my sweet peas. Sadly however, my delight turned to disappointment. Although it was situated in a fairly sheltered position it became obvious that, as the plants grew up, it would be susceptible to wind. The top part toppled and the restraining clips were pulled out of their holes in the pot which weaken them. From then on, although they clipped back in, the slightest breeze pulled them out again. This eventually caused the bottom "circle" frame to snap in several places. The problem is not insurmountable and my husband has devised a way of securing them for next year, and I would not deter anyone from buying them as they are useful but I would have to suggest that these tower pots are placed in a very sheltered position where they will be unaffected by the wind.
