Description
Phlox paniculata are stalwarts of cottage garden planting schemes, thriving in sunny borders and associating beautifully with other perennials. Throughout summer, large clusters of perfumed flowers are crowded with butterflies and pollinating insects. These showy, clump forming perennials are ideal for planting throughout herbaceous borders and make charming cut flowers for summer bouquets. Height: 90cm (36"). Spread: 60cm (24").

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.

1 x 1 litre potted phlox plant (82174)
2 x 1 litre potted phlox plants (T82175P)

How to Grow
Grow phlox plants in any fertile, moist, well drained soil in full sun or semi-shade. Incorporate plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost into the soil prior to planting.
More Info
Feed and water regularly, particularly during dry periods, until young phlox plants are fully established. After flowering, lightly shear the stems to encourage lots of fresh new growth.
