Gone are the days of needing a large garden to grow your own fruit! Modern breeding has brought about this new compact variety of Blackberry, which is perfect for a sunny patio. The virtually thornless stems of Lowberry® Blackberry 'Little Black Prince' reach just 1m tall making it exactly the right size for a container. This ever-bearing primocane fruits on both the new wood and the previous year’s stems, so you can enjoy bumper crops of fresh berries straight from your own garden. Just as you would expect, the large, glossy fruits are sweet and juicy – perfect for eating fresh from the plant or making delicious jams and crumbles! Height and spread: 100cm (39").

More Info
Feed and water Blackberry bushes regularly throughout the growing season. Protect the fruit from birds using a net or bird scarer in each pot or basket. Blackberries can be harvested from August onwards. Blackberry ‘Little Black Prince’ fruits on the previous years growth as well as on new wood. In February, remove the oldest stems. Cut back each stem back to a healthy bud, just above the base of the plant.
