Description
Well loved and consistently popular, Geum 'Mrs J. Bradshaw' bears flame-red, semi-double blooms on thin wiry stems. This compact, hardy perennial is easy to grow and provides long-lasting summer colour at the front of borders. Geum flowers also make a dazzling and unusual addition to cut flower arrangements. Height and spread: 60cm (24").

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.

1 x 2 litre potted geum plant (57770)
6 geum plug plants (46697)
1 x 9cm potted geum plant (KB6842)
12 geum plug plants (KC1052)
24 geum plug plants (KC1053)
1 x 1 litre potted geum plant (KA3870)

How to Grow
Geums dislike soils which are prone to waterlogging in winter. Plant them in moist, fertile, well drained soil, adding plenty of compost or well rotted manure to amend heavy clay or sandy soils. Choose a position towards the front of the border in full sun.
More Info
Water regularly until plants are fully established. Regular deadheading will encourage more flowers to be produced throughout the summer. In spring, lift and divide overcrowded clumps of geum to maintain their vigour.
