Improve your propagation success rates with this sturdy, heated propagator. An electric propagator is one of the most useful pieces of equipment for gardeners. It will help you to grow new plants from seed, or cuttings taken from existing plants, making a cost effective way to add variety to your garden.
The heated base transfers gentle heat to the compost in seed trays, creating a perfect environment for germination. A large air vent in the top of the lid allows for good ventilation.
Made from resilient, lightweight PVC, this propagator is robust and hard wearing with a 1.5 metre length cable.
For optimum results, it's worth checking the ambient temperature - the ideal compost temperature for germination is between 18 and 22°C. It may be that on warmer, brighter days, the electric propagator only needs to be switched on at night.
Dimensions: 39cm x 25cm x 20cm.
Cable length: 1.5m
