Broad Beans Aquadulce Claudia 2010-03-10
Very tasty and easy to grow - I sewed them last year in October and they cropped extremely well. Cannot wait to get them in the ground this year - I cook them when they are very young with their pods on and when they mature, I can get away with steaming them whole as well. Growing at this time defeats the black fly that can ruin a whoe crop as I do not use any pesticides because we have three bee hives on our allotment. Value and taste for money - wouldn't grow any others.
