Description
Just like the other 'Nonstop' varieties, Begonia 'Nonstop Citrus' blooms continuously in a refreshing blend of bright citrus colours. With weather resistant blooms, these long lasting tuberous begonias will keep flowering well into autumn - long after most summer flowering plants have faded. Height and spread: 30cm (12").

Our garden ready plants are selected for garden performance, straight from the nursery. We send them to you 'green' ahead of flowering (but please note some varieties may show a few blooms), which means plants will establish quickly and all their energy goes into producing better roots, so they produce more flowers throughout the season.

Culinary note: Add the bright coloured petals to sandwiches or salads for a light lemon taste and crisp texture. For more details about edible flowers click here.

How to Grow
Begonia plants can be planted directly into their final containers and grown in bright, frost-free conditions. Plugs can be planted straight into flower pouches but are best potted on first if to be displayed in baskets, window boxes or pots. They can be transplanted into their final containers once they have increased in size. When all risk of frost has passed, acclimatise Begonia Apricot Shades to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days, before placing them in their final positions. Choose a sunny or semi shaded position that is protected from strong winds.
More Info
Feed and water Begonia plants frequently throughout the growing season taking care not to over-water, as this will cause new begonia flower buds to drop. Deadhead faded begonia flowers regularly to extend the flowering period and encourage more blooms to be produced.

Thompson & Morgan strives to ensure that all its plants are delivered to you in the perfect condition for planting. While the majority of our nursery plants cope well with slight delays in intransit, sadly, the time it takes to deliver to certain locations in the UK means that we can't guarantee this for some of our smaller plug products and tender bedding and vegetable lines, which do not respond well to the extra journey time. So regretfully while we offer the majority of our live plant offering nationwide, we are unable to ship plugs, begging plants and tender vegetable plants to the following areas: HS, IV41-IV49, IV51, IV55-56, KW15-KW17, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-PA78, PA80, PH40-PH44, TR21-TR24, ZE1-ZE3
