PlantIdentity Terms & Conditions

• Due to the nature of the service, we are unable to refund a token purchase once complete.
• Should we be unable to identify a plant, then we can reinstate the single token used to the customer's account.
• Customers must ensure images are clear, in focus and are clearly of only one plant. Images that are not of plants will not be identified or eligible for refund.
• Thompson & Morgan does not accept responsibility for any loss which may arise from reliance on information provided by the PlantIdentity team. We will always strive to provide accurate identification using the information provided but our identification is intended as general information only. Please ensure when purchasing plants that they are suitable for your garden, will not affect other established plants within your garden and are allergy friendly for both humans and pets.
• We will aim to respond to all identification requests within 2 working days, but reserve the right to extend this should circumstances dictate.
• No communication via the PlantIdentity service will be entered into aside from genuine, token-purchased requests.
• Any queries should be directed to ccare@thompson-morgan.com in the first instance with "PlantIdentity" included on the subject line.
