Flowering Months

The perfect perennial for a cottage-garden border, Phlox paniculata ‘Bright Eyes’ grow strong and tall with bold clusters of fragrant flowers on strong upright stems. For added punchiness, each flower is centred with a bright pink eye. Enjoy a long season of colour from this resilient hardy perennial, with continuous blooms from mid summer through to early autumn. Ideal for planting in bold groups or drifts in a mixed border. Phlox like these are also loved by bees and other pollinators. Generous stem length and long-lasting scented flowers makes this variety a great choice for cut-flower arrangements too. Height: 90cm (35”). Spread: 40cm (16”).

How to Grow

Grow phlox plants in any fertile, moist, well drained soil in full sun or semi-shade. Incorporate plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost into the soil prior to planting.

Feed and water regularly, particularly during dry periods, until young phlox plants are fully established. After flowering, lightly shear the stems to encourage lots of fresh new growth.
