Description
Pure white blooms, set against the backdrop of dark green foliage, cover this hardy deciduous shrub in early summer, not only providing you with a beautiful display but also an intoxicating scent that will fill your garden. Philadelphus 'Dame Blanche' is a compact, dense form of Mock Orange that will look great in amongst other shrubs in a border or as a stand-alone specimen to really show it off. Also worth considering for a large container on your patio. Height: 200cm (79"). Spread: 200cm (79")

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.

How to Grow
Grow Philadelphus plants in a sunny or semi shaded position, in any well drained soil. Prior to planting, incorporate plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost into the soil. Plant Mock Orange plants at the same depth as they were planted in their pots. Backfill the planting hole and water well to settle the soil.
More Info
Water regularly throughout the growing season until young plants are fully established. In spring, apply a mulch of well rotted manure or garden compost to the base of the plant. Philadelphus requires little pruning. After flowering cut back stems to a healthy bud and remove a fifth of the old stems to ground level.
