Hardy Fuchsias are garden treasures, flowering continuously from summer through to autumn, returning year after year. These hard-working, deciduous shrubs are effortlessly elegant, with pendant blooms that dangle from their branching stems, against a backdrop of dense foliage. Tolerating sun or partial shade, they are robust and reliable, needing very little maintenance. The pendulous flowers are loved by bees and other pollinating insects, providing a rich source of nectar over a long period.

Fuchsia Hardy Collection contains 1 x 9cm pot each of:

  • Fuchsia ‘Alice Hoffman’ - Bronze-green foliage makes an attractive backdrop for its mass of red and white flowers. Height and spread: 60cm (24").
  • Fuchsia ‘Riccartonii’ – A large Fuchsia that makes a majestic focal point at the back of a sunny or partially shaded border. Height: 3m (10’). Spread: 2m (6’, 6”).
  • Fuchsia ‘Tom Thumb’ – A compact and floriferous variety which is ideal for the planting in borders, rock gardens and containers, or for creating a low hedge. Height and spread: 30cm (12").
  • Fuchsia ‘Genii’ - Contrasting blooms with inky blue petals backed by magenta tepals are set against golden, glowing foliage. Height and spread: 90cm (36").
  • Fuchsia ‘Hawkshead’ - Dark green leafy stems, hung with dainty white flowers that are suffused with a trace of green at the tip. Height and spread: 90cm (36").
  • Fuchsia ‘Star Wars’ – Mauve blue petals with dazzling white sepals make a long-lasting display throughout summer. Height: 70cm (27”). Spread: 50cm (19”).
