This pretty succulent has long, tumbling strands threaded with thick, disc-like foliage. Cascading from its hanging pot, Dischidia nummularia is perfect for creating that jungle feeling of being surrounded by verdant growth and maximises space, adding interest to dull corners. Height: 5cm (2"). Spread: 40cm (16in).

Grow in bright, indirect light, avoiding strong, direct, sunlight. Provide high humidity by regular misting. Water regularly between spring and autumn but do not allow the compost to become saturated. Feed during the growing season with a balanced houseplant feed. Reduce watering in the winter and avoid draughts. This epiphyte needs a light, air filled, orchid potting mix.
