Flowering Months
Golden Creeping Jenny forms a pleasing carpet of small, rounded, golden foliage on long creeping stems. Throughout the summer months Lysimachia nummularia aurea bears cup-shaped, yellow flowers that make cheerful display. This versatile hardy perennial makes a useful addition to almost any planting scheme – scrambling through rockeries, cascading down walls, or creeping around the edges of ponds as a marginal aquatic. Golden Creeping Jenny is a little less vigorous than the green form of this species, and holds an RHS AGM for its superb garden performance. Height: 10cm (4"). Spread: 100cm (39"). Planting depth: Zones 1, 2 & 3 to 20cm (8") below water level.

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.

How to Grow
Grow Lysimachia in a fertile, moist soil that does not dry out in summer. Creeping Jenny will happily grow in clay soils, in a bog garden or at the margins of ponds with the crown to a maximum depth of up to 20cm (8") below water level. Choose a position in sun or semi shade.
More Info
Water Lysimachia plants regularly until fully established. In autumn, cut back old faded stems to ground level.
