Description
Commonly known as the Fiber Optic Plant or Slender Club Rush, this short lived hardy perennial makes an intriguing marginal aquatic. Isolepis cernua forms dense, rounded clumps of very narrow, stiff stems that radiate from the crown of the plant. Each stem is topped with a silvery flower head, giving the plant its distinctive appearance. A fascinating and architechtural specimen plant – perfect for adding evergreen texture to bog gardens and poolside planting schemes. Height and spread: 30cm (12"). Planting depth: Zones 1 & 2 to 10cm (4") below water level.

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
