A member of the legendary ‘Pacific Giants’ group, Delphinium ‘Guinevere’ makes a dramatic impression, with statuesque spikes which can reach up to 200cm carrying rosy-lilac flowers with white centres. A magnificent and awe-inspiring plant for the back of the border.
Height: 150cm-200cm ( 60-79in). Spread: 50-100cm (60in – 39in).

Choose a sunny position that is sheltered from strong winds, on moist, well drained soil. Protect young delphiniums from slugs and snails.
More Info Feed and water delphinium plants until they are fully established. The tall stems of delphinium flowers will require staking with stout canes. Canes should be put in place by mid spring to ensure that the plants are adequately supported throughout the growing season. Cut spikes of faded delphinium flowers back to a flowering side-shoot to encourage a second flush of blooms to be produced. In autumn, cut the old foliage back to ground level. Caution: irritant to skin and eyes, harmful if eaten.
