Description
Perfectly proportioned for small gardens! Chamaecyparis pisifera 'Filifera Nana' is a delightfully dwarf conifer reaching just 100cm (39"). This compact evergreen forms a shaggy mound of dark green, cord-like foliage with a gently weeping appearance. This superb Sawara Cypress makes a handsome specimen for rockeries and borders, associating beautifully with heathers and Ericas. Height and spread: 100cm (39").

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.

How to Grow
Grow Cypress trees in moist, well drained soil. Chamaecyparis prefers a neutral or acid soil but does tolerate chalky soils well. Choose a position in full sun.
More Info
Once established, Cypress trees require virtually no maintenance. When grown as a hedge, prune Chamaecyparis at any time between late spring and early autumn, taking care not to prune into older wood.
