Description
This low growing plant is perfect for edging ponds, its rafting stems spreading out onto the water. From late spring, clusters of royal blue flowers appear among the smooth, ovate green foliage. Commonly known as Brooklime, this hardy perennial is a British native, providing valuable habitat for Dragonflies and attracting plenty of pollinating insects. Veronica beccabunga is a vigorous grower, quickly blurring the edge of the pond to blend in with the surrounding garden. Height: 15cm (6"). Spread: 100cm (39"). Planting depth: Zones 1 & 2 to 15cm (6") below water level.

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.

More Info
Cut back stems as and when required to contain the plant within a given area. Avoid cutting back in Autumn, as the growing tips will form new plants next year.
