Advances in breeding have produced this astonishing new Salvia. The upright, violet-blue flower spikes are noticeably larger than other nemorosa types, and rebloom throughout the summer for a longer lasting display. The spectacular blooms are loved by bees and other pollinating insects. Salvia nemorosa 'Blue Marvel' has a dwarf, bushy habit that makes it particularly useful around the garden. Perfect for sunny borders, edging pathways, filling beds, containers and even window boxes. Height and spread: 30cm (12").

How to Grow

Salvia plants prefer a moist, but well-drained soil in full sun, although once established they can also be very drought resistant.

Water regularly until salvia plants are fully established. Deadhead faded flowers throughout the summer to encourage more blooms to be produced.
