Campanula 'Pink Octopus' produces up to 50 of these amazing blooms on each upright branch, fluttering above strong, deeply cut foliage to give two months of summer colour. How to Grow
Pot up campanula plants into pots of free-draining compost, and grow them on in frost free conditions until large enough to plant outside. When all risk of frost has passed and plants are well grown, acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days. Grow Campanula outdoors in any moist, fertile, well drained, non-acidic soil. Bellflowers will thrive in sun or semi shade, but the dainty bell-flowers will last longer in a slightly shaded position.
More Info
Water regularly until Bellflower plants are fully established. Support tall Campanula flower stems with garden canes as they grow. After flowering, cut plants back to remove faded Campanula flowers to prevent them self seeding, and to promote a second flush of blooms.
