This evergreen architectural tree, Wollemia nobilis is a beautiful specimen tree. It is a coniferous tree discovered in an Australian rainforest and will withstand temperatures down to minus 10. It is a slow growing Pine, and ideally planted in well drained and reliably moist conditions. Light green foliage grows in the spring and darkens as it matures. It has attractive female and male cones that appear on the same tree. Height: 12m (39'). Spread: 8m (26').

How to Grow
Grows well in a acid to neutral soil, needs a sheltered position and likes moist but also well drained soil in partial shade will will adapt to a sunny position.

Slow growing so no need for pruning.
