How to Grow
The rich colour of Viola ‘Scarlet’ is guaranteed to warm up chill, grey days in late winter and early spring. This exquisite viola creates a dainty, jewel-like display, with free-flowering blooms held on short, strong stems above tight rosettes of foliage. Exhibiting superb weather tolerance, it adds cheerful pops of colour dotted along border edges, through rock gardens and in containers. Height: 15cm (6in). Spread: 25cm (10in).

Gradually acclimatise garden ready pansy plants to outdoor conditions before planting them in any well drained soil, in sun or semi shade.
More Info Feed and water frequently, but take care not to overwater in winter as this can cause root damage should the compost freeze. Deadhead faded flowers before they set seed to prolong the flowering period.
