Description
Osteospermum ‘Pixie Bronze’ comes from the very latest breeding of osteospermum varieties. A big favourite at the Dutch flower trials where it was launched, the soft bronze brown colour of its flowers is totally unique, and contrasts stunningly with its dark green foliage. Regular deadheading will encourage continuous flowering from late May to September in patio pots and borders. Height: 25cm (10"). Spread: 30cm (12")

How to Grow
Pot up hardy osteospermum daisies and grow them on in frost free conditions until plants are well grown. When plants are well developed and all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days before planting them outdoors into borders and patio containers. Grow osteospermum plants in any well drained soil in a warm, sheltered position in full sun. African Daisies dislike cold wet soils. Improve heavy soil prior to planting by adding plenty of coarse grit.
More Info
Feed and water osteospermum plants regularly throughout the growing season. Deadhead faded osteospermum flowers throughout the flowering period to encourage more blooms to be produced.
