Description
A traditional border Carnation with a fabulous sweet perfume. Dianthus carophyllus ‘Crimson’ bears an abundance of deep red blooms above a spreading clump of evergreen, blue-green foliage. The stiff stems of this hardy perennial make it a superb cut flower for summer bouquets or a vase indoors. Undemanding and easy to grow, this hard working Dianthus will bloom for months on end, giving excellent performance in sunny borders, containers and gravel gardens. Height: 50cm (20"). Spread: 40cm (16").

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
