Description
Our growers have produced this showy Buddleja by growing three young plants together. As they grow they will combine together as one large Butterfly Bush with three different coloured blooms. Buddleja Tricolour makes a fabulous specimen plant for a sunny spot. Grow it in garden borders or wildlife gardens where it will always attract attention from pollinating insects. Height and spread: 300cm (118").

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.

4 x 2 litre potted buddleja plants (KA8386)
2 x 2 litre potted buddleja plants (KA8078)
1 x 2 litre potted buddleja plant (KA8076)

How to Grow
Grow buddleja in garden borders in any moist, well drained garden soil, in full sun or semi-shade. Alternatively grow buddleja plants in patio containers using soil based compost such as John Innes No.3.
More Info
Feed and water container-grown plants regularly. Buddleja planted directly into borders will require only occasional attention. In spring, prune buddleja plants back to a permanent low framework of 3 or 4 buds from the base of the plant. Deadhead faded buddleja flowers to prolong the flowering season.
