1 packet (10 bacopa pellets) (25900)
Sow bacopa seeds from February to March at 20-23C (68-73F), on the surface of a good quality seed compost and gently firm down. This seed is supplied as a multi-pellet so should not be covered, but requires regular misting to help the breakdown of the pellet and to aid germination. Keep the soil damp but not wet and do not exclude light. Place in a propagator or seal the seed tray inside a polythene bag until after germination, which usually takes 5-10 days. When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant and grow them on in cooler conditions until large enough to plant outdoors.
When bacopa plants are well grown and all risk of frost has passed, acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days. Transplant outdoors into baskets or borders in full sun on fertile, well drained soil at a distance of 23cm (9") apart.
