Rather than end the season with a whimper, let your hedge go into the winter months with a "bang". Whilst thoughts of fireworks and bonfires are in peoples' minds, this Autumn Shades Collection will be giving its own display, with fiery reds, golden yellows and rich oranges all mixed together in a blaze of colour that will last until the final leaves fall. The varieties we have chose also have the added bonus of producing a few "extras": The Hazel will provide you with an abundance of nuts and the Field Maple, Wild Cherry, Guelder Rose and Rowans' fruits are valued by wildlife during the colder months. Height: 12m (39'). Spread: 8m (26'). Planting Distance: 45cm (18"). (3 plants per metre for a single line hedge).

More Info Water regularly until fully established. Apply a mulch of well rotted manure or compost around the base of the plants in spring, taking care not to mound mulch up against the stems.
Delivery
Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Delivery times will be stated on the product page above, or in your order acknowledgement page and email.
Orders for packets of seed incur a delivery charge of £2.99.
Orders which include any other products will incur a delivery charge of £4.99.
Where an order includes both packets of seeds and other products, a maximum delivery charge of £6.99 will apply - regardless of the number of items ordered.
Large items may incur a higher delivery charge - this will be displayed in your shopping basket.
