Description
How to Grow
A well-loved perennial for late-season colour from August through to early November! As the name suggest, Aster 'Aqua Compact' is a neatly compact cultivar, creating a handsome mound of small, dark green leaves. With the earliest touch of an autumn breeze, its buds unfurl to reveal a splendid display of lilac-blue daisies. This late-flowering beauty is hardy and reliable, making superb cut flowers and providing a good source of nectar for pollinating inscets. A useful addition to the front of borders, cut flower gardens, wildlife areas and patio pots. Height: 35cm (14"). Spread: 30cm (12").

Plant Michaelmas Daisy plants into fertile, moist, well drained soil, and situate them in full sun or semi shade. Add plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost to the soil prior to planting.
More Info Feed and water frequently throughout the summer to ensure an endless supply of flowers. Deadhead faded aster flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced.
