An undulating whirl of twisted pink petals surround a golden ring of stamens on each and every bloom. This double-flowered variety creates a wonderfully showy display, blooming freely over a long period from late summer right through to autumn. Unlike some Windflowers, Anemone 'Pocahontas' has a shorter habit making it well-suited to the front of borders where it can take really grab thew limelight! An easy to grow, hardy perennial that provides valuable late-season nectar for pollinating insects. Height: 45cm (18"). Spread: 60cm (24").

Plant your Anemone plants out on moist, fertile, well drained soil in sun or dappled shade. Plants are generally unfussy and, once established, will last for years, although try to avoid excessive winter wet.
More Info Cut back anemone flowers as they fade. Lift and divide overcrowded clumps of anemones in spring or autumn. Caution: irritant to skin and eyes.
