For greenhouse cultivation: sow from February to March.

For outdoor cultivation: sow from March to April.

Sow seeds on the surface of a good, free-draining, damp, seed sowing mix and cover with a fine sprinkling of compost or vermiculite. Place seed trays in a propagator at a constant temperature of around 15-20C (59-68F) until after germination, which takes 7-14 days. When seedlings gain 2 true leaves, transplant into individual 7.5cm (3") pots of compost and grow on at a minimum temperature of 15C (59F).

When tomato plants are well grown, transplant into baskets and containers. When all risk of frost has passed gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 - 10 days before positioning baskets outdoors in a sheltered position in full sun.

Water tomato plants frequently, to keep the compost evenly moist. Feed tomatoes regularly with a high potash plant food once the first truss of fruit has formed. Dwarf bush varieties do not require staking or side shooting.Tomatoes can be harvested as they ripen from July to September.

  1. Like bunches of grapes and very juicy

    By Joy Larkin 15-11-2011

We also bought these due to blight spoiling our crops over the past 4 years! These were totally blight free and were still cropping at the end of October! There are only 5 seeds in a pcaket but they all germinated and grew into superb little trailing bushes in baskets which I put on our fence. We'll definitely be growing these again next year and I would highly recommend them if you want a heavy cropping cherry tomato that stays blight free!

  2. Sweet!

Bought these because I've had a lot of problems with blight. Happy to say none of my Losetto plants have shown any signs of blight yet (unlike my Ferlines), and these are some of the sweetest tomatoes I've tasted. Will definitely be growing these next year, highly recommended.
