Customer Service Agents (Temporary)

  • £14,500 - £15,000 per annum (pro-rata)
  • Temporary, full-time or part-time

Is your seasonal job coming to end in January? If so, look no further! We are looking for seasonal workers for our Customer Service department handling inbound calls and emails (taking orders and assisting customers with their queries). We have various hours available, including weekday, weekend and evening hours (and combinations thereof) part-time and full-time, to start in January 2017.

We do have limited positions for an immediate start too!

Contracts are expected to last until the end of June 2017.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Comfortable using pc's and web-based systems
  • Happiest working in a large team
  • Enthusiastic and positive

If you have an interest in gardening that is an added bonus (but not essential).

Business Development Manager (B2B) - Maternity Cover

We are looking for a high-calibre individual to join our Consumer Sales division as a Business Development Manager on a fixed-term 12 month maternity cover contract. Working within the Client sales team, the role holder will be responsible for ensuring offers are agreed with our clients, focussing on developing and maintaining assigned clients in line with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is:
  • Extremely well organised and experienced in similar client-facing roles
  • Has the ability to adapt to changing deadlines quickly
  • Able to build good relationships and develop a rapport with all kinds of people
  • Understands sales reporting and costing/margin concepts
  • Confident in working under own initiative
  • Educated to ‘A’ level standards (or equivalent)
  • Has intermediate Excel skills

Reporting to the Mail Order Sales Manager your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
  • Attending client meetings both on own and with colleagues
  • Planning, preparation and costing product offers and presentations for assigned clients
  • Reporting on sales performance for internal colleagues
  • Liaison with colleagues to ensure client SLAs are consistently being met and clients are updated accordingly/li>
  • Organising client product care and advice information for training and reference
  • Liaison with colleagues to ensure product availability and planning of future offers
