I've grown this every year for the past eight years, and I absolutely love it, stunning in the borders aswell as the veg beds, and so versatile, I use the small leaves in salads (still tastes just as good even if it bolts too!), larger leaves used like spinach in just about any recipe, and the stunning stems are great in soups, stews and stir fry. So easy and so very, very hardy, mine survived -18c last year with no protection, and was still producing right through until I dug it up in April to make room for more!!!
