We don't promise to match competitors' prices - we promise to beat them!

Find your plants, bulbs or seeds cheaper in another mail order catalogue and we'll give you back double the
difference!

If, after purchasing your plants, bulbs or seeds you notice the exact same variety and pack size offered at a cheaper
price in a competitor catalogue, we'll give you double the difference in Thompson & Morgan vouchers.

When making a claim, please provide the following details to enable us to verify the challenge to our Price Promise:

• - Plant or bulb genus/species (eg busy Lizzie)
  - Variety (eg 'Accent' Mixed)
  - Size of plant or bulb (eg plant supplied as a tray of plugs size 6-10cm; bulb size 14/16)
  - Quantity of plants/bulbs/seeds per pack
  - Price
  - Name of competitor's catalogue
  - Page number
