Please note these T&Cs apply only to the Gardening Club, and are in addition to our standard T&Cs which can be found here.

Payment

A one-off payment for £10 will be taken at the time of joining.

Renewal

Your membership will not renew automatically. A reminder to purchase your next 12 month membership will be sent to you via email, prior to expiration of your current membership.

Restrictions

Only orders placed via www.thompson-morgan.com will qualify for membership benefits.

Only one £5 off £20 spend voucher can be redeemed per order. Discount applied to goods only, no discount will be applied to delivery or service charges.

Discounts and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the start date of the membership only.

Ensure that your membership discounts are applied at the time of placing your order, we will not be able to apply discounts once the order has been confirmed.

Fertiliser

Your free Incredibloom will be included with the despatch of other items on your order.

Cancellation

If for any reason you haven't used your membership for discount or claimed free fertiliser within the 14 days you can cancel, and we will refund the full amount. If you've had your membership for over a month, or you have used any of the discounts or received your free fertiliser we will not be able to offer you a refund.

This does not affect your right to cancel as stated in The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Personal Use

The Thompson & Morgan Gardening Club membership is strictly for personal use and must not be used for wholesale, business or re-sale purposes.

The number of orders an individual member may place during their membership is unlimited, however to ensure no abuse of this service it remains subject to a fair use policy in cases of excessive use and returns/cancellations beyond those typical of those of a home gardener.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a membership at any time and issue a pro-rata refund based on the duration remaining on the membership.

In cases where we deem (at our sole discretion) that membership has been used in breach of these T&Cs we reserve the right to terminate the membership with immediate effect and with no refund given.
